What is a doula? A doula is a trained professional, that provides evidence-based information for families as well as emotional and physical support during birth. As a doula, we support amplifying your voice with any concerns or needs during this process. Doulas support vaginal and caesarean births.
Your package includes any of our classes you may need. We provide childbirth, breastfeeding, and caregiver class. We will connect you to any resources you need. All our packages include the following:
- Evidence-based information
- 2 prenatal check-ins (follow-up as needed)
- Virtual doula support if needed
- Birth support
- Immediate postpartum breastfeeding support
- 2 postpartum check-ins
- Photos of the birth
FAQs
A doula is there to support both parents along this journey! As a doula, we provide your partner with the techniques to help the birthing person physically and emotionally along the stages of labor. When your partner needs a break, your doula is there for continuous support.
